By Land:

These directions start at the Sagamore Bridge which connects the mainland (Route 3) to Cape Cod. For door-to-door directions, please click on the button (Google Maps don't have our neighborhood exactly correct, so please follow the directions below for the final hundred yards).

The Sagamore Bridge connects to Route 6 East (Mid-Cape Highway).
Take Route 6 East to Exit 11, Route 137. Turn Left from the exit ramp onto Route 137.
Route 137 will dead end after several miles onto Route 28. Turn Left onto Route 28 North.
Follow Route 28 into Chatham Center. You will encounter a rotary (landmarks: Cristy's & Getty gas stations). Proceed straight across the rotary onto Main Street.
After going through Chatham Center on Main Street, turn Right onto School Street.
From School Street, Turn right on Eliphamets Lane - the second road.
From Eliphamets lane, turn Left into the driveway immediately after the mailbox marked 39 Eliphamets.
This driveway leads into the Pease Boatworks yard area. Our cottage is cedar shingled with white trim on the water.
